Greenlake Bungalow

I designed the interiors while seamlessly integrating some of the client's existing furniture. To add character, I incorporated unique details, such as stenciling a hallway cubby and curating artwork that reflects the property's location. Beyond design, I also managed the listing, achieving 100% five-star guest reviews, Superhost status, and a Guest Favorite ranking, all while maintaining a 30% higher occupancy rate than comparable properties in the area.
